Orders are packed and shipped Monday – Friday only. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday and selected holidays are processed on the next business day. Shipping costs will automatically be calculated on your order depending on the order amount. We ship goods via local express courier services. When your parcel is sent out, you will get the information via email. If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate or incomplete payment information, your order processing may be delayed until all information are verified by the buyer.

MyeongDong Topokki can only send orders to street addresses in Malaysia. We do not deliver to P.O. Box addresses. We are only able to deliver to one address per order. If you would like to deliver to multiple addresses, please place each order separately for each unique address.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. We currently do not ship outside Malaysia.
